Worksop: Staff at the Liquorice Gardens raise cash for charity

Customers at the Liquorice Gardens got a little bit extra when they visited the pub last Wednesday. Staff were donned in bright coloured wigs and non uniform - which for one employee included wearing a hot dog outfit - as they took part in a fundraising event for Clic Sargent. Customers also did not miss out on the fun either, as staff were selling delicious cakes they had all baked at home. The event, called Wig Wednesday, was part of a national campaign run by JD Wetherspoon for Clic Sargent. The Worksop pub raised £158.
