Saxilby: Suspended sentence for refusing to take breath test
A Saxilby woman was given a suspended sentence after refusing to give a specimen of breath when requested to do so by police.
Julie Smith, 38, of Woodcroft Road, Saxilby, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, asked to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and she was disqualified from driving for 52 months.
