A free family day of autumn-themed activities, with entertainment and creativity in the Old Market Square, Worksop, takes place this week.

North Notts BID brings Autumn Fest to Worksop town centre on October 30, with hands-on activities including pumpkin painting and lantern making, and a sticker trail around local businesses.

Families can contribute to the Robin Hood Community Mosaic by decorating wooden leaves and acorns to create a giant piece of community artwork inspired by Robin Hood and Sherwood Forest.

There will also be free face painting and immersive DJ and street dance workshops, giving visitors the chance to explore hip-hop through DJing, breakin’, beatboxing and Mcing.

The Autumn Fest takes place from 10am to 4pm and all are welcome.
