Drink driver is banned for 13 months
A man from Lea has been banned from driving for 13 months after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
Joshua Green, 21, of Cavendish Drive, Lea, had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Green was also driving without due care and attention.
Green was also fined £295, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
