Drink driver has been banned for 36 months
A driver has been banned for 36 months after he was caught driving a car under the influence of alcohol.
William Sharp, 23, of Kirton Road, Scotter, had 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his blood.
As well as being disqualified from driving he was also fined £250, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
