Spongefest 2026 announces £10 tickets and 'pay-it-forward' crowdfunder
Annual event honors Sam ‘Sponge’ Fisher with top indie, ska, and Britpop acts – offering £10 tickets and a crowdfunder option to donate tickets to individuals receiving local mental health support.
Organizers of Spongefest 2026 have announced that tickets for the upcoming festival on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at North Notts Arena, (S80 1QS), are now available for £10 each via www.spongefest.co.uk.
To make the event as inclusive as possible, organizers have also launched a crowdfunder pay-it-forward campaign at www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/donate-a-spongefest-ticket.
Supporters can choose to purchase a ticket then donated tickets will be gifted directly to individuals in the local community who are currently receiving mental health support.

The ticket price reduction and pay-it-forward scheme reflect the festival’s core mission: prioritising community support, connection, and wellbeing over profit.
"Spongefest isn't about making lots of money, we simply want as many people in the room as possible, sharing in a fantastic night of music, friendship, and support," said an event representative.
"By lowering tickets to £10 and offering the crowdfunder ticket-donation option, we want to ensure cost is never a barrier.
"If you're in a position to buy an extra ticket for someone receiving mental health support, you'll be giving a truly meaningful gift of music and togetherness."
