“We’ve still got spaces available for our sprint triathlon on 4th August.”

The sprint triathlon on 4th August will involve a 400m pool swim at Valley Leisure Centre, a 21k bike ride and then a 5k run.

Entrants will have electronic chips so they can print out breakdowns of their performance.
