Young Tigers lose end of season game
Worksop Town reserves ended their Central Midlands Premier North season with a 2-0 defeat at Glapwell.
The young Worksop players never really came to terms with the bumpy sloping pitch against a Glapwell side still needing points to secure safety.

There was no doubt that the home side were more fired up and Rodzos was in early action before Oli Parfit fired Glapwell into the lead after just 10 minutes play.
Sinclair then had a header saved, while a home player headed wide. Oadley then blocked another attack and Glapwell fired a free kick over the bar.
Glapwell then shot wide before Toby Francis doubled the lead after 27 minutes. Butterworth missed a great cross and Glapwell shot over the bar.
The second period started with Glapwell kicking a Worksop effort off the goal line. Jack Watts was then yellow carded and on 50 minutes Fotheringham replaced the injured Arrian,
With the home side still having most of the play, they managed to miss an open goal and then a free kick was headed wide. Rodzos, having a busy night, saved low down as Longden and Nicholson replaced Butterworth and Abdy with 70 minutes played.
Longden, keen to make a mark, shot wide, and Carver playing in defence, advanced down the slope to head over the bar. Slater put an effort wide and a Worksop corner came to nothing. As the end approached Rodzos had to make a full length save.
