Nancy Coupe, of Lea Court, makes knee blankets for the soldiers who are in wheelchairs at Catterick Camp in North Yorkshire.

“I’ve been making blankets for years now and when I have a batch done, I take them to the Help for Heroes people, who pass them on to Catterick,” she said.

“I saw Tony Eaton and his helpers doing the cake stall in Worksop for the charity and I wanted to congratulate them on that and also do my bit by making these blankets.”
