Worksop: Cadets visit Help For Heroes recovery centre

Adult instructors and cadets from B Company Worksop Detachment of Notts Army Cadet Force have visited Phoenix House Recovery Centre in Catterick.

They were invited by Tony Eaton, north east regional co-ordinator for Help for Heroes, the charity which runs the centre.

The cadets were give a talk by one of the staff at the centre and watched a DVD all about the charity and the work of the recovery centres.

The cadets had raised £492 which they presented to Tony and the centre manager, Mo Usman, outside Phoenix House during their visit last month.
