Whitwell: Bin fire causes early morning alarm
Residents in Whitwell had an early morning alarm call as firefighters responded to a bin fire in the village.
The incident occurred around 5.20am this morning (Friday, 19th September) and involved one bin well alight on Station Road.
Firefighters from Staveley attended the scene and put out the flames using one hosereel jet.
