Town council by-election
A BY-ELECTION is under way today (Thursday) as voters go to the polls to elect a town councillor for the North West seat.
Polling stations at North County Primary School and Sea Cadet Scout HQ on Love Lane are open until 10pm.
Candidates are John William Beaver (UKIP) and Dave Dobbie (Lib Dem).
