Logistics manager Graham Easby aims to buy a lorry-load full of chocolate and biscuits for doctors and nurses at the hospital with the proceeds of his shaved hair dare.
Graham, 56, told how his wife Debbie worked as a nurse at the hospital and is still working as an occupational nurse for a food manufacturer.

Hide AdThough the devoted pair still share the same roof they now sleep in different rooms and eat on opposite sides of the dinner table.
He said: “I just think doctors and nurses deserve something as a thanks while all this is going on.
“I want to be able to have a lorry full of chocolates and biscuits turn up and distribute them to the doctors and nurses.”
Speaking about losing his locks Graham said: “I don’t like long hair and I’m not going to be able to get it cut.

Hide Ad“Between us we thought ‘I’m not going anywhere for a few months - why not shave it off and raise some money for a good cause’.
“We thought it would be nice to unite and help make someone smile in times of such uncertainty.
“It’s a bit wispy at the front and receding quite a lot so I’m not sure how good it’s going to look.”
