Market Rasen: A ‘swimtastic’ award for Everyone Active

Everyone Active, which runs West Lindsey Leisure Centre, Caister Sports Hall and De Aston Sports Hall, accepted the accolade at the ANA Swimtastic Awards on Saturday, November 14 in Leamington Spa.

This is the fifth time that Everyone Active has scooped the accolade.

The company is the largest provider of swimming lessons in the region and teaches over 125,000 children and adults to swim every week across the country.

There are currently over 1000 customers enrolled on swimming lessons at West Lindsey Leisure Centre.

“The ASA’s fourth annual School Swimming Census recently revealed that 48 per cent of children between the ages of 7-11 in the UK are unable to swim 25 metres.

“We will strive to reduce this figure even more going forward by encouraging as many children - and adults - as possible to learn this important life skill and get active through swimming.”
