Maltby: Teen thrown from car after collision with tree
A teenage girl was seriously injured after she was thrown from a car when it ploughed into a tree.
The 17-year-old was a rear seat passenger in a red Peugeot 306 when it crashed into a tree on Tickhill Road, Maltby, Rotherham last night (Monday January 13).
Police said an 18-year-old man driving the car and a 16-year old girl in the front were also taken to hospital for treatment.
