James Broderick, the owner of The Little Italy Pizza Co., originally set up a takeaway in Sleaford and after its success he expanded into Gainsborough last year.

“We pride ourselves on the best product and the best service. If I wouldn’t eat it then it doesn’t go out the door. It has to be perfect before it goes out.”
