Clowne: Suspended sentence for man who drove while he was banned
A 31-year-old Clowne man admitted driving while serving a ban.
Jason Jones, of Creswell Road, was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
Jones was disqualfied from driving for 16-months was ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge as well as £85 costs.
