Korneliusz Michal Kwiatkowski, 28, St Marks Close, Worksop. Drink driving. Fined £290, disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £29 victim surcharge.

Fraud

Vicky Sowerby, 30, Church Road, Bircotes. Failed to notify Bassetlaw Council of change in circumstances that would effect Council Tax Benefit, failed to notify Department of Work and Pensions of circumstances that effected entitlement to Income Support. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Assault

Darren Scott Bowles, 39, Carnoustie, Worksop. Two offences of assault police officer in execution of their duty, used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour, damaged a window, breached suspended sentence. Prison for 18 weeks.

Drugs

Damian Gorol, 27, Gateford Road, Worksop. Possession of cannabis and amphetamine.Fined £80, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Drugs to be forfeitied and destroyed.

Theft

Richard Harrison, 35, Watson Road, Worksop. Theft of four packs of meat, worth £36.99. Conditional discharge for six months and ordered pay £45 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Shaun Warwick Day, 46, Ollerton Road, Retford. Theft of trampoline, worth £99.99 and theft of vaccum cleaner, worth £69. Prison sentence for 90 days suspended for 12 months, compensation of £99.99 and £69.

Martin Jay Heath, 33, Low Town Road, Worksop. Theft of three joints of meat. Prison for 90 days.

Thomas Anthony Heath, 18, Radford Street, Worksop. Theft of metal grill of Audi A3, breach of bail condition. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Darren Leonard Morley, 46, Queen Street, Worksop. Failure to comply with direction given by a police office to leave locality and not return for 24 hours and breach of conditional discharge. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Kubilly Yilmaz, Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Being the owner of land on Newcastle Avenue breached an enforcement notice, failure to comply with notice requiring he give information as to interest of land on Newcastle Avenue. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £250 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Mark Anthony Cook, 31, Furnival Street, Worksop. Fished at Lakeside Fishery Ranskill otherwise in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. Fined £90 and ordered to pay £127 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Darron Dowles, 40, King Street, Clowne.Travelled between Worksop and Retford without paying train fare. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £3.90 compensation, £100 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Peter Weyman, 62, Grange Road, Retford. Fished at Hallcroft otherwise in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £127 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Nigel Keith Driffill, 46, George Street, Worksop. Being a person subject to a duty of care in respect of waste water failed to produce a transfer note, deposited controlled water on Manton Pit Woods without authority of a current waste management permit. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £200 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Andrew Hoskin, 26, Ollerton Road, Retford. In a place where fishing is regulated fished for freshwater fish or eels by means of an unlicences rod and line. Fined £58 and ordered to pay £127 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
