Bassetlaw: One of county’s alleged child sex abuse victims was ‘sexually assaulted’ by Jimmy Savile, claims Mann
One of the many alleged victims of historic child sex abuse in Bassetlaw recently appealing to John Mann for help was ‘sexually assaulted’ by Jimmy Savile, the MP has claimed.
Sporadic allegations of child abuse were made against Savile, a DJ and televison presenter, dating back to 1964, but only became widely publicised after his death in 2011.
