Kirkby bus pervert who followed girls faces jail
Lawrence Judd denied exposing his genitals on the 3A bus, returning home from Nottingham, at 10.30pm, on April 15, 2016.
The court heard he sat at the back of the bus near the girls, aged 18 and 19, and stared at their reflections in the window.

“What reason did they have to lie? They didn’t know you and you didn’t know them.”
He was told to get off the bus by passengers after the girls complained to the driver, the court heard.
Mr Gahir said: “It was the last bus to Ashfield and you were four miles from home. You didn’t kick up a fuss or report it to the bus company.”

Hide AdJudd said: “I thought they were going to cause me trouble. I have been attacked on buses before.”
Mr Gahir said Judd gave no comment, or evaded the questions, in a police interview, and said his evidence in court was “simply not credible”.
“I am not that mad to do something like that on a bus,” Judd said.
He “tinkered around the evidence given by the witnesses to save himself from a conviction,” said Mr Gahir.

Hide AdJudd, 48, of Diamond Avenue, pleaded not guilty on November 10, last year, but was found guilty at Mansfield Magistrates Court, on Wednesday.
The court heard Judd had two previous convictions for exposure from 2006 and 2011.
Mr Gahir said: “I think the public need to be protected from the defendant. A message needs to be sent to him that this behaviour is not acceptable. This happened late at night and the girls were effectively followed on to the bus.”
Judd was sent to Nottingham Crown Court on April 12, and he was told to expect a custodial sentence.
