Gainsborough: Fined for travelling in a car with a child who was not secured
A Gainsborough man has been fined after a child in his vehicle was not in child seats or restraints.
Phillip Armstrong, 27, of Burton Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to driving with a child in the back who was not in a child’s seat or restraints.
Armstrong was fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his licence was endorsed with three points.
