Clowne: Woman charged for spraying graffiti

A woman has been charged with eight counts of damage, after allegedly spraying graffiti on walls and vehicles in the Clowne area.

The incidents all took place between Sunday, 23rd March, and Thursday, 10th April, and the damage was caused to walls near the Spa shop on Mill Street, Aldi, Tescos and Lloyds Pharmacy on Mill Green Way, and also on Chesnut Drive and Rectory Road.

Jadee Smart, 23 of Westlea, Clowne, is due to appear before North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates Court on Friday, 16th May.

A 17-year-old male was also given a police caution for one of the offences.
