Chatty man Alan Carr will be living up to his TV billing at the Baths Hall in Scunthorpe next week as he brings his new tour Yap Yap Yap to town.

The BAFTA and British Comedy Award-winning comedian, author and chat show supremo will again be providing his own hilarious take on life.

Since winning the BBC New Comedy Award for Stand-up as well as CityLife Best Newcomer of the Year in 2001, Alan Carr has become one of the hottest comedy stars in Britain.

Well known for TV shows like Chatty Man and The Friday Night Project, the honours have rolled in thick and fast.

This year, he won a National Television Award for Best Chat Show Host, following on from the 2014 Royal Television Society Award for Best Entertainment Performance, the 2013 BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance and a 2013 British Comedy Award for Best Comedy Entertainment Personality.

He also won a National Television Award for Best Talk Show in 20102, the Loaded LAFTA Award for Best Stand Up the same year and the 2010 TV Choice Awards for Best Entertainment Show.
