Tenor Alfie Boe returns

Tenor sensation Alfie Boe will be heading for Nottingham next month for one night only.

Known as ‘the nation’s tenor’ Alfie will be appearing at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on Tuesday 2nd April at 7.30pm.

He has sold over 750,000 copies of his albums Bring Him Home and Alfie.

And he made a triumphant appearance at the Queen’s Diamond Jubliee concert last summer.

Alfie’s previous appearance at the Nottingham Royal Concert Hall in December 2011 was a sell-out.

He has also appeared in a critically acclaimed West End run as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables.

The tenor has just announced that the special guest on his new tour will be Emilia Mitiku.

She is already earning praise for her upcoming album I Belong To You, which explores her life of classic jazz and soul.

The album and the new single You’re Not Right For Me - a Radio 2 record of the week - are out now.

Emilia said: “I’m delighted to be joining the incredible Alfie Boe on his massive Storyteller Tour across March and April.”

“It’s a real honour for meand it’s such an exciting opportunity.”

Tickets are £25 to £47.50 and are available from the box office on 0115 989 5555 or by email to [email protected].
