Blue Square Bet North table topping Chester have lost just once in the league all season, and ousted Trinity from the FA Cup.
In the league encounter between the sides, Chester won 3-1.
Brackley, who will feature on the Northolme on Tuesday, are winless in four games – having won the quartet of matches before that.
They drew 2-2 when they hosted Trinity earlier in the season.
