Chance to train with Grand Master
A Retford martial arts instructor was given a rare opportunity to train with a ‘Grand Master’ at a special seminar in Darlington.
Black Belt Leadership Academy chief instructor Andrew Blinston was invited to the session, hosted by Grand Master Kim Yong Ho, 9th Dan and head of the World Taekwonmudo Academy.
Senior grades travelled from all areas of the United Kingdom to take part in the event, the latest stop on Grand Master Kim’s recent tour of Europe.
Rachel Blinston from the Retford martial arts organisation said: “Grand Master Kim has also invited Master Blinston and his students to Korea this summer, to train at his headquarters.”
