Theft

Lee Barratt, 34, of Pelham Street, Worksop. Stole four bottles of spirits and an ipod touch from the Lion Hotel having entered as a trespasser. Committed to prison for 16 weeks forthwith consecutive to activation of suspended sentence order. Ordered to pay £200 compensation and £180 criminal courts charge.

Mark Barnett, 48, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole a bottle of wine to the value of £6 from One Stop. Ordered to pay £6 compensation, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
