DAMAGE

Danny Wilson, 46, of Queen Street, Worksop. Without lawful excuse, damaged a window to the value of £580 belonging to Worksop court house and police station on Potter Street. Committed to prison for seven days.

Lewis Machalski, 22, of Common Lane, Harworth. Without lawful excuse, smashed a single glazed window to a value unknown. Community order made with a requirement of 140 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made to protect owner of the window. Also ordered to pay £50 in compensation, £60 court costs and £30 to victim services.

VIOLENCE

Adrian Millington, 36, of Park Street, Worksop. Assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Community order made with electronic monitoring and curfew requirements. Also ordered to pay court costs of £200 and £50 in compensation.

Richard Taylor, 47, of Queen Street, Worksop. Assaulted a man by beating him. Community order made with electronic monitoring and curfew requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs, £85 to victim services and £20 in compensation.

Michael Bell, 46, of Sandy Lane, Worksop. Assaulted a police officer in the execution of her duty. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 24 months. Must also complete with an alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Paul Godfrey, 49, of No Fixed Address, Assaulted an accredited person specified by a community safety scheme in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Also ordered to pay compensation of £80.

MOTORING

Matthew Baxendale, 25, of Church Walk, Worksop. Drove a car, namely a Vauxhall Astra, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his blood, namely 44 microgrammes in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £270. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and £30 to victim services.

Mehmet Aydinoglu, 43, of Hallcroft Road, Retford. Drove a car at a speed exceeding 50mph in a 50mph zone. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £150. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and £20 to victim services.

Dee Devine, 49, of Coronation Street, Whitwell. Drove a car while not wearing a seatbelt on Pelham Street. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and £20 to victim services.

Toby Swift, 25, of Norfolk Street, Worksop. Being the driver of a car, failed to stop when required to do so after an accident occurred which caused damage to a property on Sitwell Road. Also drove a car without insurance. Communit y order made with a requirement of 120 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and £20 to victim services.

Christopher Fergus, 23, of Gateford Road. Drove a car in a 30mph zone at a speed exceeding 30mph. Driving record endorsed with four points. Fined £190. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

BREACH

Jamie Hattel, 29, of Garside Street, Worksop. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments. New drug rehabilitation requirement made. Also ordered to pay court costs of £50.

THEFT

Constantin Buleti, 36, of Cheapside, Worksop. Stole food items, to the value of £22.56, belonging toTadek grocery store. Also stole food items from Select and Save to the value of £28.10. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and £52.69 in compensation.

Chris Eyre, 44, of Crown Place, Worksop. Stole a bottle of vodka, to the value of £18, belonging to Tesco. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also ordered ti pay £18 in compensation and £15 to victim services.

Kimberley Kinsella, 29, of Valley Road, Worksop. Stole a quantity of washing up liquid, deogrant and food items belonging to One Stop shop. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £115 to victim services.

DRUGS

Samuel Dixon, 19, of Baulk Lane, Worksop. Had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £20 to victim services. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Anthony O’Brien, 26, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and £20 to victim services. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
