Man is fined for failing to give information

A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for six months after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Paul Smart, 42, of George Street, Gainsborough was also fined £660, a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
