Kashem faces sentence relating to 18 charges

The prosecution has been brought about by Bassetlaw Council.

Kashem pleaded guilty to 18 charges relating to breaches of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

Some required the premises to be kept clean and maintained in good repair, while another stated that Kashem failed to ensure there was a safety device on an oven.

Magistrates adjourned sentence to Thursday 28th February to allow for the preparation of a probabtion report.

They told Kashem that at this stage they could not rule out a prison sentence.
