Roger Marson, 68, of Spencer Court, Sturton by Stow, was fined £260, £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Marson was found with 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Drink driver is banned for 40 months
A man from Sturton by Stow has been banned from driving for 40 months after he was caught drink driving.
