Sheffield: Foundations man Clem Curtis stars in Soul Legends show at the Lyceum

Relive the golden age of soul music at the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield next week with the brand new show Soul Legends, starring Clem Curtis of The Foundations.

As well as being famous for recording the Foundation’s chart-topping single Baby Now That I’ve Found You, several of Clem Curtis’ songs went on to become Northern Soul classics.

Special guest on the show, Clem also performs The Foundations chart-topper Build Me Up Buttercup in a production brought to you by the same peoplebehind last year’s Magic of Motown.

“From Aretha Franklin to James Brown, Wilson Pickett to Sam & Dave, Eddie Floyd to Edwin Starr, Michael Jackson to Tina Turner, Lionel Richie to Barry White, the hits just keep coming,” said producer Michael Taylor.

The show is at the Lyceum next Wednesday (17th June) at 7.45 pm.
