Pictures from Bassetlaw play centre as lockdown restrictions ease

Families are embracing soft play centre fun as children’s indoor play areas finally reopened today as part of a raft of lockdown easing measures.

Play areas across the region were eager to welcome families back with many being forced to close for the majority of the year due to Covid restrictions.

Sally Roberts owner of Captain Jack’s in Retford said: “We have had such a wonderful reopening day. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces-children and adults! A huge Thankyou to the staff for working so hard to reopen and to fantastic customers for following all our rules to keep everyone safe. We are so pleased to be back open and looking forward to the future.”
