Rosemary is an advocate of sourcing local ingredients and her weekly cook-alongs combine fresh local produce with easy-to-follow recipes.

Oliver Stubbins, General Manager of Welbeck Farm Shop, said: “We are delighted to be supporting the cook-along and supplying Rosemary with quality ingredients for the dish.

"The provenance of the meat we supply is important to us and our lamb is reared on unspoilt pasture in the heart of the estate, which gives the meat a delicious, distinctive flavour.”
