Each orienteer had 45 minutes to visit as many controls as possible.

As the afternoon progressed, results were updated by the organisers as competitors finished, and eventually Bassetlaw was able to celebrate some great results.
There were two gold medals, one silver and four bronze returning to the district.
At the medal ceremony, Worksop College Prep School pupils Angus McCallion and Sebastian Price stood on top of the podium after running as a pair and winning gold in the Year 5 Boys race.
