Bassetlaw MP welcomes change in Worksop Town ownership

The club confirmed Jason Clark had sold his shares to local businessman Paul Tomkins on Monday evening.

A statement confirmed Clark left the club debt free and in the hands of Tomkins who has been involved since the summer.

Mann said: “Before it was impossible to meet with the absent owner of Worksop Town.

“I am delighted that at last there is an owner that people can meet with.

“This will make a huge difference to the club.”
