Paula steers ladies to championship win

Lincoln Imp ladies darts team were triumphant in their quest to become the Ladies Superleague Champion Of Champions last Saturday at Rileys in Lincoln.

At the Crofton Road venue they beat Nottinghamshire Ladies 3-2 in a gripping final.

The final leg was won by Gainsborough’s Paula Jacklin who, after narrowly missing a bull finish, went on to finish on double one to clinch the championship for Lincoln.

Other winners for the ladies were Shelley Bontoft-Gash and Tammy Montgomery.

The Lincoln Imp men were unlucky to lose 5-4 againest Derbyshire.

The ladies next play on 12th August at Coventry in the all-England Final.
