Parkinson in top two

In the individual race, ran on Winterfold, Will Parkinson was second in the M18L event, Robert Parkinson sixth in the M55S, Ben Beresford 11th in the M18E and Helen Parkinson 16th in the W45S.

In the relay, held at Holmbury Hill, Bassetlaw were represented in three teams.

In the M18 both Will Parkinson and Ben Beresford finished a very creditable fourth in the M18 race that was packed with junior internationals.

Robert Parkinson ran anchor for a Notts team that finished in 27th.
