Christmas came early for the Worksop Harriers when Santa Clause made a guest appearance as official starter for their home event in the Notts Mini League Cross-Country at Worksop College.
The Harriers thanked Worksop College for once again allowing them the use of their excellent facilities and added:
A club representative said: “We very much appreciate the support of Worksop College, it is a beautiful setting for the event which involves six races for the different age groups and without this fantastic venue we would be unable to stage the races.”

The Harriers also had runners in the Bolsover 10k, where a strong headwind on the second half made for testing conditions, nonetheless some good times & club standards were recorded.
