Rising cycle star Liam Hindmarsh is on a roll, with four race victories in the last few weeks.
The Langold teenager was most receltny in action at Blyton Race Circuit last week, and bulked up his already substantial points total with a victory in windy conditions.
Racing in the colours of Andy Moore Autocentres Racing Team, the 16-year-old looked in control throughout, and saved his efforts until the final lap sprint, comfortably outstripping his rivals for the top spot.
Team Manager Andy Moore expressed his delight with the youngster’s efforts: “Liam just keeps on winning – he’s found that purple patch which is bringing him consistent success, and it’s emphasised that his drive to continually improve is bringing home the results”.
“We’re all very proud of his achievements for the team, and it’s an exciting time for Liam, as his form continues to improve. He’s a credit to the team.”
Elsewhere, the Staveley based team experienced successes at Loughborough, with Danny Featherstone bringing in yet more points for the team, with a fine fourth place despite the challenges of a fast and twisty Leicestershire circuit.
Featherstone avoided the numerous spills and crashes to emerge unscathed, with team mates Adam Turner and Worksop’s Andy Bishop both in attendance.
