First home, in her 10th London Marathon, was mum of three Tracey West.
She finished in 3:18:00, the 280th lady and 24th in her age category.

Hide AdSpeaking after the race she said: “I hadn’t trained like a monster as I usually do, so I knew I wasn’t going to be that fast, so I set off to soak up the atmosphere, see the sights and enjoy the race – which I did.”
“My best time at London (3:05:00) was back in 2001 and there comes a time when you have to realise that you’re not getting any younger.”
“But it’s a fantastic day out and something I recommend to anyone.”
Caroline McGinley, getting her first taste of marathon running, finished in 3:59:13.
