Wins for resurgent Dinnington and Maltby sides
DINNINGTON Town made it five wins in a row with their 2-0 victory at home to Askern Villa on Saturday.
Goals from Liam Cartledge and Tom Fairweather in the first half did the damage, as Steve Toyne’s men moved up to 10th in the NCEL Division One table.
In the NCEL Premier, Maltby Main climbed to third from bottom with their 1-0 win at home to Lincoln Moorlands Railway.
Rob Branagan got the winner six minutes after the break.
The win made it six games unbeaten for Main, who are making a last ditch attempt to rescue a torrid season.
