His best manager - Every time I’ve come across a side Steve Burr has managed I’ve been impressed with how he plays and thought he would be a good manager for me. The best manager I’ve had would be Mark Atkins, although you don’t get as much time with lads at that level, he helped me with my game, told me certain things that I took on board and helped me get into the pro game. He had faith in me and got the best out of me.

His best goal - I scored one for Matlock against FC United from just outside the centre circle, I turned and volleyed over the keeper from 40 yards.

Best atmosphere he’s experienced - Elland Road was unbelievable, but I’ve never experienced anything like Wembley. In the FA Trophy final, with 40,000 there it was incredible, but the time we played in the play-offs, I was on the bench, the atmosphere was the best I’ve seen it.
