Transfer rumours: Arsenal closing in on Jackson Martinez and Fernando Musiera, James Milner offered new deal at Manchester City

Arsenal are rumoured to be making a double swoop for Porto’s Jackson Martinez and Galatasaray’s Fernando Musiera.
