Struggling Worksop are beaten after Bedford score last minute goal
Two second-half goals saw Worksop Town beaten 2-1 by Bedford Town at the KC Sofas Stadium.
The opening 15 minutes of the contest were quiet, with Eno Nto having the first chance for the visitors as he shot forced Max Dearnley into a save over the bar.

The Tigers responded with a chance as Mason O’Malley delivered a cross to the back post for Oli Greaves who couldn’t get his head on it.
Worksop got the lead in the 31st minute as a curling Ryan Viggars shot hit the cross bar, which led to Oli Greaves playing the ball back to the striker who fired in his first goal for the club.
In the second half, Lewis Whitham almost got a goal five minutes in as he weaved his way inside but put his shot wide.
Aleks Starcenko then had a shot of his own on his return which deflected twice and went behind for a corner.
Bedford almost got an equaliser after that but were denied by a superb stop by Max Dearnley.
But the Eagles got the equaliser a couple minutes later as David Hicks slotted his shot into the bottom left corner.
There was almost an instant response as Starcenko fizzed in a cross, but Bedford’s keeper got a hand to stop it from going across the line.
With five minutes to go, the ball fell kindly to Vaughan Redford who couldn’t get enough power on his effort to score.
Worksop were dealt a hammer blow in the 90th minute as Finley Wilkinson got a second goal for the visitors.
The Tigers will look to bounce back with another home game against Southport on Saturday.
