After a shaky first five minutes, SJR settled and things really started to click.
Jack Hardy, was constantly passing balls into the revitalised Daniel Wiltshire, and he played in the energetic Mason Gee and Ben Brown time and time again.

It was Gee who did well to take on two players to cut the ball back to Wiltshire, who finished like the true goalscorer he is for the first.
The tempo and press were great throughout, but one moment where concentration was lost cost an equaliser.
However minutes later Gee got in behind and finished calmly to make it 2-1 at the break.
The second half saw Matthew Thompson completely dominate the centre of the park and Josh Dolby and Dean Bonser bouncing off his enthusiasm.

Gee was a continual threat and produced a fine display while Chris Lovett at right back showed great work ethic and intelligent running.
SJR were soon 3-1 up when Jaden Thackery latched onto a through ball from Keegan Townrow to finish.
Another moment of silliness cost them another goal for Renishaw, but Max Sykes soon restored the two goal cushion with his first goal for the seniors with a fine goal.
Alex Boyd then finished the scoring off from a corner.
Boss Andrew Guest said: “This was another top performance from this new look SJR team.

“Again it was an exciting, high tempo performance with the mix of older and younger players bringing out the best in all of them.
“This is the sort of football we want, if this continues we’ll be a great watch next season.”
