It has been an eventful season for Atdhe Nuhiu.
The burly striker finished top of the goal-scoring charts for the Owls in the 2014/15 campaign, hitting the back of the net 11 times in all competitions. Look back on all his goals in the video below, including his dramatic late equaliser in Wednesday’s 1-1 draw at Watford last weekend.
But the former Rapid Vienna forward could have scored considerably more but his wayward shooting let him down.
After scoring four times in the opening month of the season, Nuhiu registered on just two other occasions in 2014 as he endured a lean spell in front of goal.
The 25-year-old missed some glaring chances, with the late opportunities he squandered in the Hillsborough draws with Birmingham City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Charlton Athletic immediately springing to mind.
But Nuhiu also scored some fine goals. His strikes against Manchester City and Millwall rounded off two excellent, well-worked counter attacks. He underlined his size, power and nuisance value in the away victories over Middlesbrough and Wigan Athletic.
Despite his erratic finishing, Nuhiu ended up with 11 goals, three more than he managed in his first year in English football.
