New secretary needed at Worksop Town FC

Previous secretary Denise Pickersgill left her post before Christmas, and the club are seeking a replacement.

The voluntary role includes the administration of all football matters, including transfers to and from the squad and the necessary correspondence with the relevant footballing authorities.

A club statement said: “The candidate is likely to be an existing club secretary of level 5 or above or an experienced assistant.

“Reporting and communication will include club rirectors, the club decision making committee, the team Manager and other staff members.

The new secretary will work alongside match day secretary Paul Stacey.
