NCEL round-up: Mixed fortunes for local sides
THERE were mixed fortunes for the area’s NCEL teams today, with Retford United and Worksop Parramore the happiest of the bunch.
Retford thumped Lincoln Moorlands Railway 5-0 at Cannon Park in the NCEL Premier, while Maltby Main were held to a 2-2 draw at Selby Town.
In NCEL Division One action, leaders Worksop Parramore thrashed Hallam 7-1.
Dinnington Town’s up and down season continued at Phoenix Park with a 3-1 defeat by AFC Emley.
