Fans trust partnering with charities

THE Worksop Town Supporters Trust is partnering with two charities this season, Bassetlaw Hospice and Beating Blood Cancers.

The organisation has donated an advertising board at Sandy Lane, which usually costs £300, to each charity, and an advert in the matchday programme. Richard Brandon from the trust told the Guardian: “The charities will make bucket collections at selected games this season.” Beating Blood Cancers collected £460 at the Chester game, and the hospice will collect at the FC United of Manchester fixture on 19th November.
